1. Believe me , The property market or property industry is probably the largest or biggest industry in the world ! Everybody needs a house or some shelter to live in . As the population is ever growing , the need for new housing is going to keep growing ! People like to keep going to cities that are doing well and always expanding . Any business is where people are . So, cities are where there are people and where there is money .
2. Land is scare ! You cannot manufacture land ! So , according to the simple law of supply and demand , the price of land will keep going up where there is demand . There is demand in big , growing cities . Prime areas are always in demand . Prices will keep going up .
3. Inflation is the best friend of property investor !  You buy any good located property today and it will or should double in about 7 to 10 years ! That one factor is enough to get you to become wealthy . You have to just make sure that the location is good and there is always demand for the property .
4. The banks love to loan money towards properties . They will give the highest amount for properties . You take 20 % deposit and meet the banks conditions and most banks will happily give you 80 % loan for that property ! I am just giving a very basic figure here . I am just sharing a concept . People have bought property with no down payment ! Now just look at the magic of wealth creation . You put in $ 20,000.00 and the bank puts in $ 80,000.00 and now you have a property worth $ 100,000.00 ! It is yours on paper .  Rent out the property and pay the interest to the bank . Now be patient . 
5. Just for our example and discussion . The property doubles in 10 years . It is now valued at          $ 200,000.00 ! The bank loan was $ 80,000.00 . If you paid no interest , then it is still the full loan . If you have paid some interest and principle amount , it could be lower . Maybe only about $ 50,000.00 .
6. You have decided to sell for whatever reason . You settle the bank loan of $ 50, 000.00 . Now you have made a profit of $ 150,000.00 ! 
7. Your investment was only $ 20,000.00 ! You have made $ 150,000.00 !

That is the greatest secret of the Property Tycoons ! I have given you a very basic and simple concept . It is the concept that is the magic formula .

Money Economy and Non-Money Economy !

There are 2 ways to see our lifestyle and the activities that we do . There are some activities that we do for money .Than , there are also activities that we do without a thought of money. These has lead us to see our economy as money economy and non-money economy .

When we do voluntary service , we are in the non-money economy . Also , there is so much that we do that is not counted in the GDP of the country !

Cooking our meals , cleaning and looking after our homes , going for picnics , enjoying long walks , sitting and having fun with friends and family . Just sitting alone by a river side , fishing quietly , cycling leisurely in the countryside , reading a book , having a cup of coffee with loved ones and the list can go on and on ......... ! All these wonderful activities are not bring in any money. We do and live much of our life that does not centre around money . 

We can actually live a wonderful life being joyful , happy and useful without thinking much about money. 

I will share my personal experience to illustrate my point .

Just after graduation from medical college , I had sometime and so decided to go to an ashram or a spiritual retreat . I spent about 2-3 months there . I worked in the ashram hospital as a volunteer . People from around the villages and those who were staying in the ashram came for their needs . We also ran an eye camp for people with eye problems ,especially cataracts . Medicines and drugs were donated from around the world . Doctors came from many parts of the world to give their time , experience and service freely .

It was one of my happiest times in my life and even my medical career ! Living as a caring and sharing society was really wonderful and joyful . We lived a simple life , yet comfortable and peaceful . Happiness came where less was seen as more. I worked or shared my skill with so much of joy that I always looked forward to serve my patients . There was never a thought of money there.

We had lovely leisure activities after work . went for long walks in the countryside. Sat with like minded people and shared life experiences . Also took part to look after the ashram compound by cleaning and even cutting grass . I could be cutting grass by the road side and passing people showed respect. Some of my patients too saw me and bowed with respect. I always felt so happy and joyful .

Those were one of my best experiences in life .

GDP is sometimes over-rated in our lives . Alvin toffler even call it , 'Grossly Distorted Product ! '

So many wonderful things and information is shared free on the Internet !

Our actual activities in our daily life's are equal to or even more than we put a label of money or earnings .

At home , so many women work all day long cleaning their homes , washing clothes , cooking , looking after children without demanding a pay !

There is so much going on that is not accounted in the money economy .

We have got used to consumption that we have forgotten contribution to other or sharing can bring so much satisfaction to oneself .

As we move from isolation to community and start tasting the magic of generosity , we will experience a world that is so differently from the money driven economy that we will realise that life and living is so much more joyful , peaceful , satisfying and good .

My point today is to highlight that there is a vast and bigger world beyond the money driven world !

Money Can Buy Joy and Happiness !

Today it is money's turn to give me joy and happiness ! Money can buy us happiness and joy if we know how to do that !

The best way is to share my own life examples !

As a young boy , I was given some money when I went to school . That was for my daily tit bits at the school canteen . Early , before schooling , I saw some goodies and if I wanted them , I simple asked from my parents , usually my father . A coin or two were given to me or taken to the shop for whatever I wanted . It seemed a good deal as my needs to were simple .

At school , I felt I wanted to have some freedom or independent to have my choice as to my needs. Also , I wanted to have some control over my living and needs .

I managed to convince my mother and it was agreed that I will get my monthly quote of the money . It was now left to me to see how I used that money. That really felt good . I had control and also a sense of responsibility . 

I started looking at life with a new value . After a good meal from home , I went to school . Instead of my usual canteen tit bits , I decided to forgo that ! If really thirsty , I will just have some water from the common tap . That is it . I started developing the technique of delayed gratification and planning my needs and desires . I also felt very free . 

I remember , that I saw a t-shirt and really liked it . Saved some money and was able to buy it . What a joy it was to have that t-shirt. When I wore it I felt so good and happy . Buying my first t-shirt and enjoyed wearing it really was very satisfying . I enjoyed that simple t-shirt for a long time !

At another occasion , I was able to buy some books . It was such a pleasure getting those books .

From that humble beginnings , I realised the joy of being free and independent to do things on my terms! I also learned the value of money ! I was also able to decide what was important and what made me feel good in the long run . I was quite happy to have simple food at home . I really enjoyed eating and realised that when really hungry , food tasted better ! 

So, going out or simply eating out was not that important to me . Tasting and enjoying food was short lived . When I bought a book , I could enjoy reading it for many , more days . I felt that my money gave me more value ! I was creating my own beliefs on matters of money !

Those early days were my building days to my money philosophy .

Today too , I will buy something that gives me joy and pleasure for the long term ! Of course , I am not totally crazy or weird !

A simple meal is still great for me provided I am really hungry ! Hunger is my best appetizer !

Than comes my joyful things that money can buy . A good pair of leather shoes that are comfortable , has a good design and colour can give me real joy ! To me those shoes look like a piece of art ! They may be costly . but in the long run , the cost is forgotten and I enjoy countless days of joy !

I like a good smelling scent or spray after my shower . A good brand can be costly . Same thinking goes again . That spray bottle will go for a long time and I love that scent ! I am putting that scent for me ! If others are enjoying it , it is okay with me ! I am pampering myself first !! That feels good . A good scented bottle can go months ! Everyday after my shower I

feel so good spraying that scent on my body . What a joy ! 

A good crystal glass may be expensive to buy . I can and have used it for years ! Sometimes , just to share my crazy side, I will divide the cost of my joy with these material things over time ! I good crystal glass was 150.00 or 200.00 , whatever currency . Now , I have been enjoying my drinks for the past 5 years That is about 1825 days ! It works to just below 0.10 cents daily and will still be going cheaper by the day , while my joy is still going up !

That is real and true investment in my eyes ! My. joy and happiness is my value ! 

What would be yours ?!!

When You Don't Read The Fine Print !

A very important lesson most of us are going to learn about our finances , probably the hard way , is this strange thing called the ' Fine Print ' !

I still am perplexed by this strange method or style of these Banksters for giving us the worst side of the deal in the Fine Print !

Whenever , we ordinary people go to these financial institutions for our major drama of life , we are set against a strange character ! They will advertise as the most friendly and helpful people who are going to help or guide us to establish a stable living in an uncertain and unpredictable life ! This strange character actually makes us believe that they as bankers are really there to help us !! What a 

sad deceit and dishonourable way we get trapped by these sweet talking characters ! 

I sound upset and angry ? yes , I blood am !

First whenever , we go to take loans from this financial institutions , we are made to feel intimated by their aura ! The tallest buildings in the city ! The very official looking rooms that we are met in ! Their dress code and the whole atmosphere is created to give a cool chill down the spine ! We are made to appear as though we are begging to be helped and they , the mighty are going to help me ! The very set up is a con game ! Ooops ! That is a rather strong word or term I have used ! Getting emotional , am I ? When you have been hurt and left high and dry because of a small technical clause , you too will feel like I do !

Now , the story .

After years of hard work , that too honest hard work , I felt that I could buy a property for investment. I did get a wonderful property in the very heart of a major city in the world . Great investment location . The builders , brokers and the bankers all agrees that it was a great investment property ! I , being the greenhorn , newbie or simply immature to the ways of the world felt wonderful.

All went well , a very thick looking document called the contract was brought that I had to sign as agreeing to gods knows what ! Basically , my understanding is that I will and promise to pay the bank it's monies as interest . I was made to feel that I am on the right track to become the next property tycoon ! Anyway , looking at those thick loan contracts , I thought that at least , I should read them as I am putting my signatures . But , the bloody contract papers were just too thick and also too technical in their language ! Legal terms and language is another clever way to make us feel confused and lost , even if we or you think you are well educated ! 

When they saw me trying to read , they just appeared shocked and annoyed ! They told me to just sign as all are standard contracts ! Well , I did just that ! I signed ! 

All went well till after about 5-6 years , when I got a letter from the bank demanding all their money back as it was as per the contract ! Of course , I was shocked and taken aback ! How can I settle the huge amount in 2 weeks ! I asked the reason ?! Reason given is that once I pass 60 years , the loan has to be settled ! Why ? I am healthy , strong , still working and really enjoying and doing fairly well as a simple medical doctor . As per their reasoning , I have become a risk factor !! But , the property is still here with the bank !

I went to great lenght to reason that the said property is with them . The property is giving good rental and I have never even once defaulted on my payments . My track record is good . Okay , well , if they want their money back , give me sometime to think , make arrangements or even sell the property . It will take some time and meanwhile nobody is loosing any money !! The interest owed to the bank is going regularly to the bank ! That is what the bank is there for anyway ! 

Everything felt on deaf ears ! No amount of reasoning made any difference to the great mighty Banksters ! They can give a chance provided I disclosed all my other asserts and monies ! 

The end of this great saga was that the property was taken away and sold and I labelled as a defaulter and my status was that of bad credit ratings !! Hahahaha !! What a F@#% situation , to say the least !

As the drama was unfolding , I went within to my inner space and connected to the energies of detachment ! They advised me to just let go and enjoy a new lesson in my journey of life and living !

That I did , and here I am sharing another one of my financial ventures !

Hope you found it useful or helpful . Please, be very careful when it comes to this character called a Bankster ! There are simply no friendly banks or banksters ! 

I have been hurt as I lost my hard earned money . I maybe biased or prejudiced or whatever , maybe a fool or even mad ! I don't care, you just be careful !

What do We do with this Dependence on Money !

This is a big issue in our modern culture and civilisation . What do we do with this dependence on money ?

The importance , status , need , want and relevance is so high in our lives that we have actually and practically become slaves to money ! We are all trapped and it is not getting any better !

Our real joys and passions are always being pushed aside or rejected  when it comes to this great reality of money . Money rules our life !

I have studied and seen what it has done to us all . I have seen how young and intelligent people are trapped and do not know what to do . It is the greatest catch 22 situation ! The sad story is that in today's world we are caught even before we start working ! Higher education and University seems to be the place we sell our souls !! I do not like to say such hash words , but , I have seen the lost , sad , worried and anxieties on countless faces . It is also not going to get better for the youngster of tomorrow ! 

I have seen young people who have to leave homes and commute to work . It takes hours in today's modern cities . They work in some faceless place till late evening and than come back all exhausted to just go to sleep ! This drama goes on the whole week and by weekend they are just too tired to do anything !! We call this modern living ! OMG ! What shall we do !

This young people are really trapped . If they don't work , they cannot pay their loans for this and that.

I have taken the trouble to actually sit with many young people and tracked how their money flows away ! By the end of the month , after paying off their bills and loans , they are left to still breath to start a new month ! We call that living !

I have thought off many ways to overcome this sad state of affairs . From the real ridiculous to some good reasonable possibilities . Whatever the ways around this situation , it is really serious matter .

I feel and think we are not going to get much help from our present leaders as they are still very busy with some other issues that will take awhile to be settled ! So, let us sit and think of ways out of this very deep hole ! I am always confident that a way will be found or it is already there !

I am glad that at least , we have this platform to express these issues .  I am also very glad that there is so much connectivity among us , the people !

We will definitely find a way .

Money is just Beautiful !

Money is just beautiful !

Money in any form and from any where is beautiful ! Money is just a wonderful expression of the potential and possibilities that one can have or do ! How you do it or what way you do it, is  you wish . Abba , a musical group from Sweden sang a song , Money , money , money . I use to hear a song in my youth , sang by the Beatles , a British musical group . They expressed that money cannot buy love . Money has been an emotionally charged entity . We love it , we hate it , we abuse it or we use it . Money does not care ! Money is a power like any other power that is neutral . It is up to you to give it direction . You can buy guns or you can buy food is your choice !

Whatever said and done , we who are living in this present culture and civilisation have to come to the realisation , that we  have to acknowledge the importance of money . It may not take away all the pain of living , but , it can certainly reduce the suffering that we go through ! It can certainly give much comfort to ones lifestyle . It can bring much joy in so many ways in our life . It can bring a certain sense of self-esteem and confidence when one has money in ones pockets or handbag . I know from my personal experience . When I have a big fat pocket full of money , I walk with a certain air of , like I own the world !   I still remember , walking into a very expensive up market boutique for leather goods. They welcomed me wonderfully as I did look like I could buy over their shop ! I was shown shoes that were really beautiful and well crafted . The price too was just as wonderful ! 5000.00 in my currency ! It was expensive in short . Normal good shoes are between 10-20 % of that expensive price. I enjoyed my short adventure with them . I was not sure how I will live with those shoes ! I still have to wear them and walk on the same roads where all the normal muck is . I will still have to leave the shoes out when I visit family , friends and any holy place in my part of the world . My concern will be if my pair of shoes will still be there after I come back to collect them ! Those shoes are going to be my source of stress !

Money is beautiful , but I do not need that kind of money that will bring stress into my life .

I should be able to give and care to whom I feel like and not have to worry if people around me are genuine or there for my money ! 

All said and done , money  never lets you be dull ! There is always adventure with money. 

I have gained and made money , I have also lost money and felt s sense of emptiness ! Money brings out many strange and wonderful sides of our personalities and character .

Say what you like , I have to tell you that you have to show some respect to this magical entity that we call money . The sooner we do that , the sooner we can go on living our life on our own terms !

You want to stand as a tall poppy or just be like a common weed , it is your choice . Both have their pros and cons . I have seen enough to share with you that a certain balance is good . Millionaires who behave like paupers and paupers who behave like millionaires is common experience that I have seen.

Sometimes we are too secretive and at other times we just want to flaunt our richness as though we have come from Richistan ! 

In my conclusion on my rumblings on money , I will say , it is good to have a fair amount of money to get some comfort and also some respect . And , perhaps also have some love !

Creating Money Out Of Thin Air !

In my search and understanding of the mysterious of money , I came across a phrase that was used by many people in the world of creating wealth . They talked of creating money out of thin air !

Now that was certainly a place I wanted to be in ! I definitely wanted to know how to create money out of thin air !

That lead to me reading books on financial matters . I wanted to know how money was created . What is the concept of money . Who or what are Capitalist . I realised that I needed to go to the very roots of this thing called money that had such a strong impact on all of us humans on the planet  Earth.

Smart people realised that some items are asserts and some are liabilities . Asserts go up over time due to inflation ! Wow ! that was a great discovery for me . What is inflation and why do we have inflation ? Inflation is a mystery in the sense that the price of some items that are really needed and can become scarce due to demand or due the cost of production or many other factors . Whatever the reason given by the experts , the fact remains that some things will go up and some will go down .

I learned from these smart money people that property is one such item that will usually go up in value over time !

Most smart money people either made good money from properties and did other things to make more money further or after they made money , they parked their money in property !

Well , all we need is knowledge and then take action . I went to work on my new found understanding  of expanding or increasing my wealth .

I further also learned that the Banks and other institutes of money were always willing to give money for properties provided you meet the terms and conditions of these banks . They were willing to give you a loan for you to get your property . All you needed to do was to place a small deposit and the rest was given by the bank . Wow , that sounded even better ! I learnt another new phrase known as OPM ! It simply means , other peoples money ! We use other peoples money to create money for ourselves ! The magic of creating money becomes more and more interesting .

So , now , we go get a property and let the bank give us a loan . Then we rent the property and wait patiently for the inflation to do its magic ! If all the factors are done well then the outcome is short of a miracle ! Money is really made out of thin air !
